Plans are customized based on scope, frequency, property characteristics and travel distance, so you only pay for the care your property actually needs.
Seasonal Property Care
Best for homeowners who want coordinated summer and winter services. Can include selected mowing, cleanups, landscape visits, gutters or snow services. Each item and its frequency is written into your agreement.
Complete Property Care
Best for homeowners and small landlords who want a year-round maintenance partner. Built around an agreed annual maintenance calendar, a seasonal review and coordination of additional quotes. It is not unlimited work, and extra projects are quoted separately.
Property Watch & Estate Care
Best for seasonal, second-home, vacant and absentee owners. Includes scheduled watch visits, updates, authorized access and optional oversight services. Repairs and emergency work are separately authorized.
